BOTULISM – HOME CARE INSTRUCTIONS In the event of an intentional release of the toxin that causes botulism, many people require hospitalization. If you or any member of your family have any of the following symptoms, go to the nearest hospital emergency room immediately:

Blurred vision Double vision
