If a BT Event is suspected during normal business hours, hospitals should first notify the LHD and then notify the Licensing and Certification (L&C) District Office by telephone.

If a BT event is suspected after normal business hours, hospitals should notify L&C through the DHS Emergency Response Duty Officer. Contact the Office of Emergency Services (OES) Warning Center at 916.262.1621, or by the duty officer pager at 916.328.3605.
