• Code Pink – Infant Abduction

• Code Blue – Cardiac/Respiratory Arrest

• Code Silver – Person with a Weapon or Hostage Situation

• Code Gray – Combative Person

Triage

– Internal/External

• Code Red – FIRE

Disaster

• Code Crimson - OB Hemorrhage

• Code Yellow – Bomb Threat

• Code Orange – Hazardous Spill

• Code Green – Patient Elopement

• Code Purple – Child Abduction

• Code Black – Active Shooter

Associates must report to their Departmental/Unit Leader after the announcement of a Code Red , Code Orange , or Code Triage .

Rapid Response Team (RRT)

Dial 5# to activate the RRT. RRT activation criteria may include but is not limited to staff being concerned or worried about a patient or vi sitor’s condition :

• Acute change in heart rate

• Acute change in blood pressure

• Acute change in respiratory rate or quality

• Acute change in mental status

• Seizures
