KERN MEDICAL FOUNDATION HIGHLIGHTS

Kern Medical Foundation is proud to partner with our community to secure funds and resources necessary to support Kern Medical’s life-changing and life-saving programs. Kern Medical Foundation has helped establish many notable projects this last year, including the purchase of medical equipment, improvements to different areas of the hospital, and funding major events that support our patients, staff, Faculty and Residents.

Here are just a few Kern Medical Foundation funded projects.

Reach out and Read: The Reach out and Read program promotes early reading and provides reading books to all pediatric patients during well check appointments.

Southern San Joaquin Valley Research Forum: Supports research efforts from around the central valley.

Behavioral Health Garden: The garden gives our behavioral health inpatients a safe and relaxing environment to do activities that help promote healing.

VFI walk: The Valley Fever walk brings awareness about Valley Fever to our community.
