Nursing Administration

The Nursing Administrative team works together to develop a successful vision for the nursing organization at Kern Medical. Their task includes the nurturing of collaborative relationships among interdepartmental staff and management in an effort to implement that vision. Policy planning, staff management, staff competency, patient flow, and financial resource management is a part of their daily responsibilities.
