 CONCLUSION OF CODE YELLOW o The law enforcement agency having jurisdiction over the incident shall declare the “all clear,” and inform the Building Coordinator and the Security Department representative. o The Switchboard Operator will then notify all of those in Section D of the policy. DOCUMENTATION:  An online Occurrence Report will be completed as outlined in policy ADM-RI-505.  Security personnel will document the incident and their involvement in a department Incident Report.  After Action Report (AAR) will be completed by the Safety Officer or his Designee.
