• NO unauthorized downloading of software.

• NO plugging USB devices/phones into computers.

Beware of Malware

Immediately notify IT Help Desk at ext. 62416 if you have any malware concerns. The following events warrant notifying IT:

• Receiving suspicious emails:

Odd or no message/subject.

o Only contains link(s) or attachment(s).

• Computer has unwanted pop ups.

• Computer is unusually slow.

• Computer frequently crashes or gets blue screen.

• New browser homepage, toolbars or unwanted websites opening up without your input.

• Unusual messages or programs opening and closing automatically.
