Associates must report to their Departmental Unit Leader after the announcement of a Code Red, Code Orange, or Code Triage

• Code Blue – Cardiac/Respiratory Arrest • Code Gray – Combative Person • Code Red – FIRE • Code Crimson - OB Hemorrhage • Code Orange – Hazardous Spill • Code Purple – Child Abduction • Code Pink – Infant Abduction • Code Silver – Person with a Weapon or Hostage Situation • Code Triage – Internal/External Disaster • Code Yellow – Bomb Threat • Code Green – Patient Elopement • Code Black – Active Shooter Rapid Response Team (RRT) - 5# Criteria for activating the RRT may include but are not limited to the following: • Staff is concerned or worried about a patient’s or visitor’s condition. • Acute change in heart rate • Acute change in blood pressure • Acute change in respiratory rate or quality • Acute change in mental status • Seizures
