TB Testing • The 2- step test must be completed by ALL new employees 3 weeks after pre-employment: • Exceptions • Previous TB Positive (must complete annual TB Questionnaire) • Quantiferon or T Spot performed and results are negative • Employee Health Clinic hours are Monday-Friday 8am-12pm, however, there are no TB placements done on Thursdays • Location- At the Human Resources office located at 2201 Mount Vernon, Suite 111 TB Requirements • TB skin tests are given annually. Every Employee will be notified when their TB test is due. • A letter will be sent to you as well as your supervisor • It is your responsibility as a Kern Medical employee to make sure you are compliant with your requirements
