Staff Development The Staff Development Department supports the Mission and Vision of Kern Medical by providing educational support for all members of the workforce. The Kern Medical team of education professionals provide expertise which includes the creation of learning programs from orientation and on-boarding, through continuing education and ultimately professional development. Mentorship Program Kern Medical’s educator provides mentoring and education to the new nursing school graduates who are hired.
